I don't use TD but many of the people who are using it report they are not being allowed to buy this and other companies because they are DTC chilled. Try to make a buy with TD today and see what happens.

TD is only letting you buy shares if they have shares available in their own inventory. When the volume is high, TD stops the buying because they don't have enough shares. At least that is what has been posted on other boards when people questioned TD.
