Facts are facts, like it or not, the chill is preventing people from buying CBIS through TD Ameritrade. I am not making this up.

And yes, the issue is happening with other stocks and TD Ameritrade that have a Chill on them. TD sucks for penny stocks.

Other brokerages are letting people buy but not TD.
