i am with you on this 100%. the very night we saw the 8-K about mason's departure, and then the loan commitment letter, i thought montecito's people might soon be on the BoD.

what a way for us all to make money. they could hand over their cut of the profits to WGAS, and we could all share in that reward.

i still think we'll need to hand over a cut of the profits to a driller/operator, but that's life in the biz.

keeping half for WGAS would be amazing for shareholders. and practical to outside interests.
