Lake Victoria Mining is high risk / high return stock. They have not yet found a mine, but they own 9 properties in Tanzania on 50,000 acres that have a lot of potential. Lake Victoria Mining has a fully diluted market cap of only $11 million, so the upside potential is very high. If they do find their first mine, they are going to have large pipeline of drill targets to find their next mine. The risk is that they run out of money before they find their first mine, or how long it takes. In Africa, most of the mines are shallow with low capex, so if they find something they could be mining in less than 4 years after discovery. Most of their properties are in good locations near existing mines. Tanzania is the 4th largest mining country in Africa with 45 million oz in reserves, so finding a mine is a significant possibility. I also like the management team and the fact that they own 25% of the company. This is a good company to watch, but I would not invest until they find their first mine.
