You suggest I ask an SEC attorney "who understands Rule 144."--I believe the expert for the Wallaces does. Two questions:
1. Why wasn't Gouge able to find one SEC attorney in the entire country to support marty's position?
2. Why wasn't Gouge able to cite one case or one SEC adminisrative ruling which determined that Rule 144 nullified the DE law?
If you're right, wouldn't both questions have been easily answered by Gouge? Either Gouge is incompetent or marty is wrong. One or the other must be true.
