Nvm, I just saw this:

PFE will IPO a 20% stake in ZTS on 2/1/13 and will distribute the remaining 80% in Jul 2013 to PFE shareholders via a voluntary exchange offer



How will the "exchange" offer work? Obviously a 1:1 ratio would be a terrible deal lol.
