Criminal charges in the case involving defendants Steven Newman and Edward Newman were
dismissed on September 5, 2012 pursuant to deferred prosecution agreements requiring forfeiture
and SEC injunctive relief. Since the charges have been dismissed, there are no longer bail
restrictions on either defendant.

Saltsman gets 3 years probation and a $100 fine....OUCH!! Bet that really hurts...

Weisberg sentenced in September - can't find the actual sentence (if any)
