Wallace will have a new career when GOSY pops defending himself from a deluge of lawsuits from the Spencers for his deliberate infliction of emotional distress on them. That explains Wallace's desperation to me.

LOL!! A deluge of lawsuits? How many? 43? How do you get more than one? I'm sure Wallace would love marty to sue him. I'm sure he'll help marty in any way he can to get that lawsuit started. LOL!!! We were quick to see the temp order that was set aside. When do you think we'll see Judge Reigle's new order regarding the sale of marty's shares? I'm sure the order is good news for marty. LOL!!!!!!

Under Virginia law, you can bring suit if someone does something outrageous to you out of a desire just to get you upset. The lead case in Virginia is Womack v. Eldridge, 215 Va. 338, 210 S.E.2d 145 (1974), where the Virginia Supreme Court set out the elements:
1.The wrongdoer’s conduct was intentional or reckless;
2.The conduct was outrageous and intolerable in that it offends against generally accepted standards of decency and morality;
3.There is a causal connection between the wrongdoer’s conduct and emotional distress; and
4.The emotional distress is severe.

Number 4 explains alot. marty has been suffering from severe emotional distress for some time. Time to step aside and hire a real CEO who is not suffering severe emtional distress. IMO
