Lawsuit Update

There are or were only 4 lawsuits
All in Fed Court,Central district of Calif.

1 was us against CSM for botched trial. By Stipulation CSM has to respond by 3/8/2013. My guess is this will be extended. I believe an agreement has already been reached and it will not include much if any money. I also believe it will be confidential. We filed quickly for PR reasons and we needed help from CSM.

We will be going to the FDA very soon (if not already) and we will have to explain the mistakes. Our explanation won't be worth squat compared to CSM being there with us and them explaining what went wrong and all the work CSM did to help us salvage the study.

As to the original 3 Class Actions, the Chew and Jerie cases have been dropped and consolidated with Anderson which has been changed to Fahey vs PPHM. It is just a change in the name of the lead plaintiff. Now the process starts over and Fahey has to refile by 4/8/13 and PPHM has to respond by 6/7/13. This is just the begining and the first step is to get the class action certified as a class action. That could take a year and will probably being appealed if the Judge even approves the class action. The bottom feeders have a long way to go to get much of nothing from my perspective.

I don't see how how Fahey and CSM have anything to do with each other as far as how PPHM handles both cases. I don't even see these cases as being particularly expensive or time consuming for PPHM management. Simply I believe they are both non-issues.
