President Obama is expected to deliver a message which differentiates the "War on Drugs", with Legal MMJ!

Most MMJ tickers will surge IMO.
Also it seems rather co-incidental that Hawaii should announce their decision on TUE!

Also watch for MWIP in Washington State!! Gonna be HUGE!
