I think it's possible that the Co. is on the bid at .0045. BW has stated in the past that he thought the stock was extremely undervalued. Maybe the buyback has been going on for some time now. After all if Q4 numbers are strong .0045 may be history soon. What I know for sure is that I have been on the bid for several days now at .0045 and only executed once.
