GEGP - If there is a market maker not showing an offer, he is breaking securities laws. It is ETRF naked short selling into buying demand. That is why he is not reducing his size on the offer currently. That or there are AON orders being filled ahead of limit orders to sell, but I doubt this is the case.

Only thing that will take the 33M offer down will be large block buying, IMO.
