Also, makes sense to assume new share issuance has been the main culprit. But even if there is no p/e multiple expansion from the sub 1 area, the pps will jump 50% a year for the next two, when there will be no more new shares and may be a spin out.


And what exactly would that give you in terms of share price? I said I'm happy if I can see 2-2.50 bucks in 18 months and people said it's way too conservative. Your 50% per year would leave us well below a buck in 2 years from now. That's hardly an argument against my conservative thesis.
