Well talks broke down because of google, wants viringo to sign that they will not sue others that use the patents. In other words google wanted viringo to settle for 660 million,with cost paid and not go after apple or yahoo and numerous others google outlined. Viringo did agree to that for a hefty price of 1.87 billion, viringo knew they would do this so they had their figures ready . There will be another settlement talk on wednesday with miller.
