We just entered our latest Pick Friday. Sometimes we make our 20% in a day or two and in others it might take the full week. Once we are done with one we all post possible Plays on the Board and then talk about them and ultimately pick one to get into. I would think we should be out of our current Play this week and if all goes well ready for the next one late week or early next week. Theres a sticky at the top of the Board that kind of outlines the Plan.
