Those restricted shares are not tradeable until SEC and ok them . Which takes times, plus only small amout can be traded at a time. plus the shares values for the debt was .13 per share .

Plus a certain form has to filed before SEC even start approvel !

So, there no way the restricted can be dumped withouit lot notice !
