They just started diluting....the buying was there....they should only be around 225 mill O/s ..most right Now?...495 mill A/s!!

So Planning a R/s...Now...sort of says...Yup..we're blow"n out the A/s.....but to add Insult...bump the A/s to 2 Bill??!!...What for??...Save on future paperwork?!!
