Going to 2 Billion A/S in Addition to the R/S....is the suspicious move, as after they R/S there would have been plenty of shares w/Out an A/S adjustment!...and going "from 495,000,000 to 2,000,000,000" ....4X Jump....Just looks Toxic to Me!
Who would make such a Proposal and Why...Esp after the last statement of No R/S to maintain NDQ....So Now..R/S...Toxic level A/s and No NDQ status!!

Extra shares for Accretive Growth??!!..One would have to hope!!
