A 100 to 1 reverse split is more like it, specially with the amount of shares outstanding it always looses about 50% value after the split ... That is because they will be another bear raid... That's the way the market works ... Now if CERP can pull some news with a few million in revenue in the next couple of months then things may change . JMO
