Have just finished speaking with PETER V.. =he said that all three projects are on track and the reason he uses the anwer to when will they be completed[as in a few weeks] is because he wants to not be wrong on the dates=they could start being ok'd any time from right now to a couple of weeks -he is just waiting for the answer that is not in his control.all projects are win/win for both us and the financers.he just doesn't know exactly when the papeer work will arrive signed sealed and delivered .HE IS CERTAINLY VERY UPBEAT AND READY TO GO.
