SINO Cement INC ( OCEE ) CEO and owner is the same owner of FIMA. That other stock is trading at $50. He is not some scam CEO but is the real deal.

FIMA, I believe already has 65 wells in Wichita County, Texas since they finalized the merger of American Eagle Operating, LLC in Dec/12.

The purchase price will be satisfied in an all stock transaction. American Eagle will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Fima Inc. at closing, which is expected the week of December 17th, 2012.

Fima and American Eagle are in further discussions to acquire the remaining interests in the leases not presently owned by American Eagle.

MY GUESS IS THAT THE 65 OIL WELL's IN WICHITA COUNTY ARE NOW PROPERTY OF FIMA.
