I have been watching CIRC very closely for a couple of months now and I think that Monday will bring NO news so many will sell shares and on Tuesday those of us in to win will be able to buy a lot more shares around .0015.

By Wednesday I think we get the judge's ruling and up we go again and the next run should get us up to .005. IMO we then finally get the settlement news and fasten your seat belt!
