That's right Stocz40...When there is 'Irrational

Exuberance', I usually think it's time to sell into 'Strength'...

When there's a lot of 'Negativity', I look at that as a 'Buying Opportunity'...

"Best trading---loaded---we have a winner--PBLS!!!"
