If you compare the dumping that is taking place at .0021 and .0022 and read into the financials regarding the shares issued to the investors, you will see that they are not allowed to sell those shares under .0021.

Now when I read this I said to myself, well that's who is dumping shares right now. Its not the CEO its the Investors.

So it almost appears that we have Toxic Investors again, maybe I don't know.

However when we say that the company is not profitable is wrong, because the CEO is not dumping shares, its the investors with the shares that they received from the CEO.
