and you bring up good points as well... yes I have heard of the O&G boom there etc... but seriously Bert, EVEN "IF" they could put kiosks in ND, how long do you think it would take??? I mean they are going to think FL, NY, TX, CA... I would think ND is pretty far down on their list... could be wrong of course but I would say it may be a year or more before they can get in all states etc... I am just saying that this is not something that is going to affect the stock at least for a while... and if everyone kept bringing that up to CC, I would think he would pay it to get everyone off his back.. but I was under the understanding that he had taken care of it...
