Treit, shouldn't we expect a lot more than $100M in earnings for 2013?

We're at an average of $25M per quarter already. Then there is a lot more coming from cattle sales, fertilizer, PF1, Wholesale, restaurants, import/export. And FF1 and HU still growing. I don't think service revenue will be down either in 2013.
