The author himself recants the premise of this article in the comments section. He says he is working with Seeking Alpha to edit the article, but it is claiming a fraudulent activity which the author himself now admits is not true. Please take down the article. The author also submitted another article about the company which calculates the Price to Earnings valuation using only Quarter 3 earnings and omitted the other earnings positive quarters 1, 2, and 4. This is also deceiving in nature, as the other quarter's earnings numbers are readily available so there is no excuse for using 1 of 4 quarters while everyone knows P/E is calculated using all 4 quarters (1 years) earnings.
