The misappropriated shares that are now trading freely may be the reason APEX (formally known as Penson Worldwide,) refuse to electronically clear shares.

Its not a stretch, it’s a fact.

Etrade and Scottrade are full service brokers that are self clearing with no problems. Traders who use discount brokers like Zecco who clear through Apex cant buy shares of SDVI.

That has been the case for quite awhile now.

Ask a Zecco trader how many shares they are bidding for if you don’t believe me.
