Could also be a nutraceutical company, StevenRisk

While it could be a big pharma company, if the buyer is a U.S. company, and since the FDA treats CBD as a food supplement, it's possible that we're looking at sales to a large nutraceutical company, or a distributor that supplies raw materials to nutraceutical companies.

BTW, a distributor would obviate the need for Phytosphere to build a large sales team.

OTOH, I'm not sure how CDB is classified in Europe, Asia, Canada or Central & South America, so perhaps it could be a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical company overseas (or across the border).

I seriously doubt that all of this CBD is being sold to Red Dice and CanChew, but you never know. Of course, if CBD is being sold to these subsidiaries, then the revenue for the CBD to MJNA corporate would eventually factor into RD & CCs cost of goods sold.

Running out of posts, so I'll tack this on as an edit:

It would have been nice to see a PR from the company announcing this sale and the general terms. We wouldn't necessarily need to see the name of the buyer, but knowing what the CBD is going into would help.
