A lot of pinks are listed inactive, companies get frustrated some times with the way the stock is trading (probably what happened with this one, they felt it should be $1.00 a share or something!) and so they decide not to file an annual report. It's no biggie, look at CLN* up from 0001 to over 1 penny... real company selling product.

Same with this one.

This one selling product at walmart. Just an amazing gem of a company that people forgot about. I have a feeling something big is coming from the co.
