All I know is this,

Technically speaking, when stocks that have been
trading like this has for basically YEARS at depressed
levels in a constant range- i.e. .0001 to .0002,
or 0 bid to .0001, the breakout to the upside can be
massive as most of the stock has been repurchased
from investors who gave up on it by the MM's in the
stock. Once all these .0002's are done, we might be
in for a ride.
