It is my understanding Henery from the Jan PR that mentions Aquisitions talks with Fort. 500 Companies..This will be a buyout of the company not the patents which means a certain share price and thats what you get, there maybe ways to convert your position to the aquirers stock and that is if they are publicly traded..agian this my take on the news..Everyone always need to do their own DD..
