If you use assets/OS, the PPS is right about where it should be.

If I take your approach about restricted shares, I would look at the debt once owed to AJW and approximate what was put into this by PWC and come up with an amount. Compare that to the restricted shares and come up with a reasonable scenario for PWC and AJW to recover the money plus some.
The reasonable scenario I come up with is not dumping/diluting. The support is not there and they wouldn't recover jack compared to what they put in before it goes no bid.

What they've said they are going to do is the best approach. You just haven't gotten the proof you need to be satisfied, whereas I'm satisfied with the risk I have.

This will get pretty dynamic soon, in my opinion. If and when peoples concerns are addressed and satisfied, it will create another advancement upwards as the speculation churns on what the future value of the company may be beyond what's on paper now.
