THERE IS A DEAL !!! a $100,000,000 deal !!!
there is an investment banker and an investment group.
we're waiting for the deal to close - at which time, obviously the name of the ib will be announced.
POINT 2
since no date was given for the closing, anyone stating the deal is delayed, or worse, that the deal is dead, is flat out lieing, imo.
POINT 3
people spreading rumors, and then saying they were just kidding, at best should be followed with guarded suspicion. pay attention. the person who said that the ib did not go to the site (#3529), then said it was a joke (#3535). NOT A VERY FUNNY JOKE, IF YOU ASK ME !!!
