ok, keep in mind they said they had some lucrative deal with nicaragua for their pet hemp emporium, that fell through. then they said they had some lucrative deal with a wellness org, the founder of that org was outraged and called Llamas a liar and a trickster.

Now they are claiming to have a 35 $M deal - is this a signed, sealed and delivered deal? Or some verbal agreement with a handshake in some eastern european cafe somwhere? (Phytosphere is apparently in an "undisclosed location somewhere in Eastern Europe". Why undisclosed? what's with the secrecy?

I have good reasons to be highly suspicious and skeptical.
