It maybe my dm and rd are awesome even threw the pressure I believe the company needs to be more forth coming but I am fairly close to my dm and she has told me stuff in confidence before so I believe if she new something she would share it now... However, I do understand I am one of the lucky ones...

I am 100% sure that the upper management that should go won't because they will have insured themselves a job
