I can understand the impatience, but it really hasn't been as if the company has not been active or not doing it's internal duties.
We did receive almost 1 pr per month in 2012 with promising notices from the company starting 9-27 a LOI, then on 10-25 a SEC lawyer, 11-05 CPA firm for financial Audits, with 11-16 Quarterly report and the Attorney's letter on 11-16.
These time frames are part of the whole mosaic that tells a story of events taking place. These events don't happen overnight, but at least it does confirm the objective the company is undertaking.
I have watched this company for some time but never took a position until recently based mostly on these events. This is a start and presents an opportunity for many to make decent profit..
Although the uplisting will take time, but not the gradual movement upwards in price for this issue. It will happen !!
The CEO isn't in hiding and the silent's doesn't bother me and one only needs to read the shareholders letter dated January 3rd 2013. The story and the program the company is embarked on is still ongoing.
I can't go into what is transpiring behind the scenes, but these events are coming to fruition soon and if one looks at the pr's of past and they weren't fluff, but a directional timeline of what the company is doing doesn't and should not go unnoticed. These are viable events and a course the company must take. I come from merger and acquisitions and deal primarily in shell companies, and believe me, you will be in when the train leaves the station.
I have been doing this a long time and generally don't spend a great deal of time expounding on my theory on message boards and have not an interest other than my personal investment, but I can reasonably assure you all this is the real deal and patience must be the course of the day.
I still stand by my target of .002-.003 in the short term, but very well could go much higher, but will leave that to another time.
Now is the time to take a position and it presents a buying opportunity between .001 and .0013. Although these issues are still speculative, but at the current price the reward outways the risk and for some to average their holdings for a more favorable position.
This issue is holding up nicely here and until more eyes take a look see, the volume will follow.
