HUH??? That makes no sense whatsoever. You and Jet tried that same scenario on the QUantum and Quatum still did exactly as stated in the $12M ARRR with ex officers out stealing their work. Go through this on every acquisition and it does not matter. The guage is the ARRR which is merely the earnings from last year as a guage for this year.

You want to base CBQ's performance on SOCT???? Different management, different company, different everything but the marketshare.

You can't say an ARRR is what is predicted to be the figure to come to the books, that is nonsense. Expansion and reorders and whatever (including your so called normal competitive scenarios) so the ARRR is a standard market term used to guage the revenue growth performance for a security.

You are grabbing at straws now.
