Strange....No mention of that from Treaty. LOL! Yes, Cho mentioned that around September that would happen. And because Treaty never got around to doing the 2-D that was part of the concession contract. They have no idea what they even gave up. It is usually negotiable with the government as to which portion you give up and what you keep. Of course you would try to keep the good parts.
