I'm new here, can someone explain to me why the revenues tanked from a when you compare 2012 to 2011 as shown in their Sept 2012 quarterly report? This used be on NASDAQ right? Are they on the rebound now? What caused that huge drop in sales from 2011 to 2012 and removal from NASDAQ to OTCBB?

Also does anyone have the current outstanding and not that stuff posted on OTCMarkets.com as I heard there might be some dilution.
