BigB and Gpepc: There has not been a cease and desist "order", this is getting blown out of proportion. There has been a "cease and desist" type of e-mail sent by the company on at least one occasion. And the inquiries made were not harassment of CYGX or any of their collaborators. They were not clandestine attempts to glean information. And the attempts to go this route were curtailed promptly. But, CYGX is mostly to blame. When you impose a complete news blackout for almost 3 months, during a potentially critical time in the company's VIABILITY, what do you expect. I know the company thinks of us as sheep, thus the yearly award of millions of shares to management. But some of us are not sheep. When we are shut out from even non-critical information, such as an update on the progress of the synDNA prototype module, then some of us will attempt to find out what we can from another sourse if we can. CYGX, to date, has not had any real success. The current shareholders are hopeful, of course. But management's cavalier attitude toward its shareholders is not warranted because it is not backed by any measure of true accomplishment, at least thus far. If the current management ever succeeds in a big way they can then adopt such an attitude. The least that Malcolm should do right now is issue a letter to the shareholders providing us with some updates.
