Not only has the JBT initiative been put at risk, but all pending and future possibilities to render this company a success, all as a consequence of John Bourque's twisted mental vision of himself as being "I am Kryron" rather than the actual fact that he transfered ownership of all Kryron patents and all knowledge he obtained doing research on Kryron to the public company Bourque Industries.
Even if during John Bourque's incarceration he is found to effectuate in a limited capacity his role as the Chief Scientist of Bourque Industries, the board directors of Bourque Industries is duty bound to actuate a full transfer of John Bourque's Kryron knowledge to a person immediately obtained as either an employee of Bourque Industries or one contracted to be a fully "qualified person" as referenced in the Shenzhen JBT Electronics Letter of Intent.
If the board directors of Bourque Industries allows John Bourque's twisted mental vision of himself as being "I am Kryron" to be continued with a full and complete denial of all access of John Bourque's Kryron knowledge to Bourque Industries, then that may result in a conclusion of complicity to allow a removal from Bourque Industries full knowledge of the Kryron patents and resulting knowledge base of this proprietary ownership.
Once Bourque Industries obtains one or more persons skilled in all manners of Kryron technology to fulfill the status of a "qualified person" as referenced above, then a full termination by the company board of John Bourque in all manners associated with this company will serve to protect shareholders interest as the possible and expected legal challenges towards John Bourque will advance, and this will insulation and immune Bourque Industries and its trading BORK from damages inflicted upon legal proceeding against John Bourque.
Bourque Industries has ownership of the Kryron patents and all knowledge obtained therein, not John Bourque.
It appears most likely that John Bourque can not continue as the Chief Technical Officer for Bourque Industries, meaning a qualified scientist, and most likely a qualified engineer, both need to be hired and afforded full access to the Kryron patents and experimental data obtained by John Bourque.
John Bourque can not take knowledge of the Kryron patents and resulting experimental data now only knowned to him, with him into his incarceration, and deny that access to Bourque Industries.
As I recently posted "While my affiliation with people in the Boston area would nurture contacts for Bourque Industries to locate a suitable environment to continue Kryron's R&D, one that would far exceed that currently at the Drexel site, this endeavor if not already at final stages has officers of this company acting in a manner unsuitable to protect shareholders, but directly putting their investments at risk, and if it is now determined to be so, a need to address this in a court of law is needed."
An influx of highly educated scientist with proven experience and knowledgeable with testing equipment would inside this year of 2013 render John Bourque's assistance obsolete.
Bottom Line: "Company management is optimistic that this restructuring and expansion of the Board of Directors and realignment of officers will assist the Company in moving forward quickly from this point to commercialize its Kryron products, close on potential orders, and book sales and create cash flow, whether or not continuing day to day services from the Company's inventor are interrupted." Is a view taken not in the best interest to protect shareholders.
