A-Power Does Provide Court copy of their Financials..

NOVICE : This for you as well. Since you seem to know everything and nothing at the same time..

APWR claimed in COURT that Plaintifs can't sufficiently explain the origins of their SAIC Documents that they are basing their fraud claims on.. And The Judge Agrees..

A-Power then supplies court with their SAIC documents. That don;t match the plaintiffs verision..??

Just proving a point here... Financials were supplied by defendants.. (APWR) Who's are correct, I guess we will never know!!

Similarly, in In re A-Power Energy Generation Sys. Ltd. Sec. Litigation, plaintiff and defendant questioned the authenticity of each other’s SAIC filings as provided to the Court. MDL 11-2302-GW CWX, 2012 WL 1983341, at *8 n. 9 (C.D. Cal. May 31, 2012). The Court noted that plaintiff “has given the Court good reason to question whether the [SAIC filings] A–Power presents are worthy of the Court's judicial notice” because “A–Power—not the SAIC—provided [the SAIC filings] to A–Power’s counsel.” At the same time, the Court noted that: “A–Power persuasively indicate[d] that Plaintiff has not sufficiently explained the origins of the documents it contends represent A–Power's subsidiaries' SAIC filings and why it believes they represent the actual SAIC filings.” See id.
