I may come across as neg but I do want this comp to succeed. The vol says everything. Now hopefully it is this way due to people waiting to see what transpires and comes from the comp. Hopefully they are working out everything and its not just fluff. I will be ecstatic the day the put forth the pr describing funding and construction date on the plant. until then I will most likely be the cynical dick I am LOL!!! dont hate me!
