It is quite amazing but not surprising to me. Most penny stock players have the patience and attention span of a millisecond. News will come out of court (whether good or bad...hopefully good for us) but since nothing is known yet, people start to bail. Every stock I've been in like this one had the same pattern. I was hoping people would not pump all week prior and act like today was do or die. Now the bashers will be out until any positive news comes from court. Lather, rinse, repeat. Personally I'm holding all of mine until the final chapter.
