A few thoughts. Those in the company can not buy shares unless it is part of a regular buying program. It would be insider trading. Ditto for most of those with NDAs who have insider knowledge. Longs who have done a good amount of DD and come to the conclusion that this is a good investment have probably invested all they can or are willing to put in one investment. There are other promising investments out there. On the other side of the coin, there are many longs who also are not willing to sell because they believe there are better days here and just need the first PRs to send the stock price up. My only question for speculation is-what comes out first? Current status, lawsuits settled, several smaller fleet deals, major fleet deal, EPA/CARB certification, announcement of the 10th generation HY IMPACT model complete with auto adjust as the engine rpm goes up and down for absolute best fuel economy?
