I agree with your thinking.
Note, the last 5 trading sessions the 10dma has moved from .17 to .24
Tomorrow likely to be .25 which coincides with a key support level.
Weekly closes of .25 or better and we are good.
(Barring any news which we are likely to get soon)

you dont think MA(10) of .23 which has held all but 1 day in 2013 is not worth noting?
