I am not saying they won't make it or be successful. In fact I hope they can make continued progress towards that end.

However, I am just saying that they have been diluting and will continue until they have revenue to sustain their operations and growth initiatives. Mergers are not free... They are dumping shares while promoting the stock. They want shareholders to feel good about the stock, so they will tell others vs. dumping their shares. That part of the equation is a scam.
