I don't believe that is a red flag. I was surprised to see so many shares don't get me wrong but at least it wasn't RVPL who issued them and this is why I emailed both IR and EmergingGrowth.com who both confirmed it was a third party.

I'm only concerned with seeing those accounts receivable turn into revenues which IR confirmed they are doing. This has billion dollar revenue potential with audited financials to come, this is unheard of in pennyland.
