All studio space must be left in the condition it was in when CPI placed a studio there. The "remodel" is another word for return to original state. Like when you rent a home and move out and you have to leave it in good shape. They are wanting to know what is in the studio to know what contractors need to do to remove the studio. They did this to me last year when my studio was closed. The studios on the list will be closed in the next 8 weeks. I literally got the same email last year. Sorry for the bad news..
